10 Years experience and Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 2 years supervisory experience. Ideal candidate will have a CPA with corporate and public accounting experience. 

Senior Accountant

Sr. Accountant with 5+ experience in large corporate environments. Reconciliation, month end close and assist with financial reporting. CPA desired, but not required.

 CFO with 10+ years experience in a publicly traded environment. Responsible for management of full accounting and finance functions of the organization; internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic financial planning and analysis, financial performance monitoring and analysis. 

Accounts Payable Specialist

Manage high volume accounts payable for multiple entities. Matching, batching and coding of invoices. 5+ years experience in high volume AP environment. Associates degree in Accounting preferred, but not required.  


Manage and input day to day accounting transactions of multiple entities using QuickBooks. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation of accounts and payroll. 3+ years experience in Accounting. Associates degree in Accounting or other business related degree.

Developing database solutions to store and retrieve company information. Installing and configuring information systems to ensure functionality. Analyzing structural requirements for new software and applications.

Sr. Financial Analyst

 5+ years experience in corporate finance and project management; financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting and data mining. Finance Business Intelligence/Process Improvement background with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large ERP systems required.  

Staff Accountant

 Accountant with 1-2 years experience in QuickBooks general ledger, reconciliation, journal entries, accounts payable and various accounting projects. Minimum of an Associates degree with  1-2 years accounting experience or 4+ years of full charge bookkeeping.

 3+ years of accounting experience to manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation,and assisting with month end close. Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience. 

Tax Manager

 8+ years experience in corporate Tax and minimum 3 years managerial experience leading a team. Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required. Big 4 experience highly desired.
