Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting and finance functions in accordance with GAAP and DCAA. Assures effective policies, systems, and procedures to support business requirements and internal controls to ensure integrity of the financial information. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 years of experience and 1 year management experience with government contracts.

Business Development

2+ years experience in B2B sales. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced team environment. Ideal candidate will have worked with small to medium sized companies in a sales capacity. 

Internal Auditor

Conduct and document audit projects to ensure compliance. Duties Include auditing accounting,  financial and operational controls. 3+ years of experience in Audit within a public or corporate environment. CPA designation a plus. 

Financial Analyst

Prepare and monitor operating budgets and forecasts. Coordinate reporting activities, facilitate, develop and prepares financial analysis, variance comparisons. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare finance or related field and 3+ years of experience in Finance. Healthcare experience and CPA or MBA preferred. 

Property Accountant

3+ years experience in real estate or property accounting; preparing journal entries, maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts and reports, preparing variance analyses for the Commercial segment. Bachelor in Accounting required. 

Senior Auditor

 5+ years Audit experience. Evaluate internal controls, compliance, corporate governance, accounting processes and provide risk reports to Management and Board of Directors. Big 4 Public Accounting experience and CPA Designation highly desired. 

Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer responsible for overall operations of the hemp processing facility ensuring all regulatory requirements as stated by the Hawaii State Department of Agriculture, USDA, and FDA, including any other relevant entities. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent. A Master of Science is preferred. Minimum 4 years of  experience in the hemp industry.

Director of Finance-Healthcare

5+ experience in a clinical environment for a healthcare organization. Prior experience in reporting to Executive Leadership and working with multidisciplinary teams. Solid understanding of business principles; strategic and financial planning, budgeting, decision support, business planning, organization theory. Master’s degree in business administration or related health care and/or professional field. CPA (active/inactive) preferred

Civil Engineer

  Civil Engineer: 2+ years of professional experience and strong knowledge of the principles and      practices of civil engineering, methods and equipment used in      construction. Ability to design and draft assignments using manual drawing and AutoCAD, interpret specification and contracts spreadsheets, word processing, email and database software. 

HR Manager

 5+ experience in Human Resources; recruitment, classification, compensation, benefits administration, staff training, employee, pension administration, and labor relations. Understanding of federal/state employment laws and related compliance requirements.  

Safety Manager

 Safety Manager to manage compliance, investigations, audits, inspections, documentation, new and existing staff safety training and orientations. Experience and knowledge handling chemicals and mitigation. Bachelor’s in Environmental Health & Safety, OSHA, HIOSH and PSM preferred. 

IT Sales Manager
